Easy to find location, outlook on the harbour

Room 127 very tiny ugly and not very well cleaned. I arrived at 1 a.m. very tired to call the staff and claim or ask to change room. At checkout staff did not say neither thanks nor goodbay.

The hotel bedrooms desperately need to be upgraded.The basin had two cracks in it. The shower unit was tacky. The shutter tapes are nearly coming off the wall. The rooms are pokey

We particularly enjoyed the friendly staff and as we met our friends here from London had an excellent stay here.

Internet charges exorbitant. We have been traveling for 4 weeks around Italy and to pay E20 for one hour is certainly avbout 4 times more than we have paid anywhere else! Probably needs some minor upgrades to decor.

Simply nothing to complain about, excellent stay. Fairly clean, relaxing hotel with great location up to the cathedral. Incredible breakfasts with pastries and wine, as for instance, very, very nice staff. Excellent customer care, parking outside. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The facilities were really nice. Magnificent and lovely location not far from the ferries, the train station, and the central city. - Loved the location near the port.

The view from my room of the harbor was very nice. The room was spacious, clean linen and towels.

It does not have the service of nh hotels. There also appeared the name of jolly hotels. The menu of the restaurant was posted in elevator. When I went down for dinner the desk manager said the restaurant and bar was closed. Could not get any food or beverage. Asked if he could recommend a pizza delivery service. Said no. And apologized. The hotel is up on a hill. If you are 20 or 30 you can climb up and down. The taxi costs 14 euros night rate for a very short ride to a restaurant. No public transportation. I should have been notified ahead that the restaurant was closed. Even a sandwich would suffice. The air conditioning was on but ineffective in keeping room cool. Using the nh brand does not fit this hotel
